I recently purchased some equipment from a company that I found online. The product is great, and it has been serving my business well. However, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and support from the company. I had some questions regarding the equipment, but they were not willing to provide any assistance. It would have been much better if they had a more helpful and responsive customer support team.
