I had a mixed experience with Innergie. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, I found the quality of their products to be lacking. The charging cables I purchased frayed easily and did not last very long. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth, but I wish the products lived up to the same level of quality. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
