I recently purchased a speaker from this company, and I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed. 😕 The sound quality is good, but I found the setup process to be quite complicated, and the app could be more user-friendly. Additionally, the price is on the higher side compared to similar products on the market. On the positive side, the design of the speaker is very sleek and modern, and the build quality is impressive. The customer service was also helpful when I had some technical issues. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I think there is definitely room for improvement, particularly in terms of user experience and value for money.
