I recently had an interaction with a government organization responsible for education and research in Slovakia. The services provided were satisfactory, and the staff was helpful. It's commendable that they prioritize the needs of students and researchers. However, there is room for improvement in terms of streamlining processes and reducing bureaucratic hurdles. Nevertheless, the ministry's efforts contribute positively to the development of the education sector.
