I recently had my eye checkup at this eye hospital in India 🇮🇳. The experience was decent overall, but nothing outstanding. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional. The waiting time was reasonable; I didn't have to wait for too long. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The doctor did a thorough examination and explained everything in detail. However, I felt that the communication could have been better between the staff and patients. The receptionist seemed a bit disorganized and confused with handling appointments. The pricing was reasonable, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience. It would be great if the hospital could improve their communication and organizational skills to enhance the overall experience for their patients.
