I have been a customer of Institute for Standards ...

I have been a customer of Institute for Standards and Technology Belgrade for a while now, and I have to say that their services have been satisfactory. The staff is always helpful and ready to assist. I do, however, think that there is room for improvement in terms of website design and user experience. Overall, I would rate them as average.
