I must say that my experience with Mercedes-benz jpn has been quite average. The customer service was satisfactory, but I was not impressed with the overall quality of their vehicles. The car I purchased had several issues right from the start, and it took quite a while for them to fix them. I expected better reliability from a luxury car brand like Mercedes-benz. However, I appreciate their willingness to address the issues and provide the necessary repairs. Hopefully, they can improve their quality control in the future.
