I recently purchased a tractor from Tractor Export and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed about the available tractors. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had a few inquiries about the specific features of the tractor and it took several days to receive a response, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the delivery of the tractor was delayed by a week, further inconveniencing me. On the positive side, the quality of the tractor is good and it was exactly as described on the website. The pricing was also reasonable compared to other companies in the market. While my experience with Tractor Export was not exceptional, it was satisfactory overall.
