I recently purchased a beautiful ketubah from Chaim Bernath - Judaica Art. The design was lovely and the quality was excellent. However, the customer service was average at best. I had a few questions and it took a while to get a response. Overall, I would recommend their products, but they could definitely improve their communication with customers.
