I recently engaged with a real estate firm for my property needs. Although their website was informative and user-friendly, I found the overall experience with Goldschmidt & associates to be average. The communication was satisfactory, but their response time could have been improved. The agents were knowledgeable and professional, however, I felt that they lacked a personal touch and could have been more proactive in assisting me throughout the process. While their services are decent, I didn't find anything exceptional or outstanding that would make me choose them again over other companies in the market. The transaction went smoothly, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and attention to detail in order to elevate the overall customer experience.
