I've been a member of Bosu Body Bar for several months now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and they always make you feel welcome. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable, and I've seen great improvements in my strength and endurance since joining. The studio is clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!
