I have been a customer of the electricity trading company called Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading PLC for quite some time now. I must admit that their service has been consistently average. The electricity supply in my area is not very stable and there have been frequent power outages. The customer support is also not very responsive. They take a long time to resolve issues. Overall, I expected better from such a reputed company.
