I recently interacted with the Employees old-age benefits institution under the Ministry of Labour and I was quite disappointed with their services. The website was not user-friendly and it was difficult to find the information I needed. Additionally, the staff was not very helpful and did not provide me with the assistance I required. Overall, my experience with EOBI was not great and I would not recommend their services.
