I had an average experience with Kotter Ready Mix. The delivery was on time, but the quality of the concrete was not up to par. It had a few cracks and was not as strong as expected. The customer service was decent, but I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
