I have been a customer of EOBI for a few years now...

I have been a customer of EOBI for a few years now and I have to say that their service is average. While they do provide benefits to retired employees, the process of availing these benefits can often be quite slow and tedious. The website is not very user-friendly and it can be difficult to navigate through the different sections. Overall, I would say that EOBI is just an average company.
