I recently used the restoration services of Midwest Restoration Services for a water damage issue in my home. Overall, my experience with them was average. The technicians were knowledgeable and arrived promptly to assess the damage. They quickly got to work and were able to mitigate further damage. However, the communication could have been better. It took a few attempts and some back-and-forth to get updates on the progress of the restoration. Although the quality of their work was satisfactory, I found their pricing to be slightly higher than other restoration companies in the area. Additionally, the website could benefit from more detailed information about their services and pricing. While I appreciate their prompt response and competent technicians, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing transparency.
