As a customer who recently used the services of this company, I would rate my experience as average. While browsing their website, I found it to be user-friendly and informative. However, when it came to contacting the company, I encountered some difficulties. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and it took a while to get the information I needed. Moreover, the communication with the consultants was not as efficient as I would have hoped. Although they were polite and professional, I felt like they were not fully attentive to my specific needs. On a positive note, the expertise and knowledge of the consultants did shine through during our interactions. Nonetheless, overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and personalized customer care.
