Tour logistics is an average company. The customer service is satisfactory but nothing exceptional. I would say they are just about competent in what they do. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the tour guide was knowledgeable. However, the overall experience was underwhelming. I expected more from a company that claims to be a leader in the industry. The tour lacked excitement and the itinerary felt too rushed. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but there are definitely better companies out there.
