I recently went on a tour booked through the company's website and overall, it was an average experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable and showed us some interesting spots in Armenia. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. Firstly, the communication from the company could have been better. It took some time to get responses to my queries and it would have been helpful to have more information before the tour. Additionally, the transportation provided was not up to par. The vehicle was old and uncomfortable, which took away from the overall experience. On the positive side, the itinerary was well planned and we were able to see some beautiful sights in Armenia. Although it was not a standout experience, the tour was still enjoyable and a decent option for those looking to explore the country.
