I recently used the services of a global recruitment company specializing in placing professionals in international roles and I found the experience to be average. While the company's website was easy to navigate and provided useful information, I felt that the communication with the recruitment team could have been more proactive. The process seemed a bit slow and I found myself having to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my application. Additionally, I was hoping for more personalized guidance and support throughout the application process. Overall, the company has potential, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their customer service and efficiency in handling applications.
