I recently tried a new coffee company and was hopeful for a great experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was just average. The website had a nice layout and was easy to navigate, but the product itself was not exceptional. The coffee lacked the unique flavors and boldness I was expecting. It was just your average cup of joe. The packaging was decent, nothing special. The delivery was on time and everything arrived in good condition. The customer service was okay, they responded to my inquiries but didn't go above and beyond. Overall, the experience was average in all aspects. If you're looking for a basic, no-frills coffee, this company might be worth a try. But if you're searching for something with more depth and flavor, there may be better options out there.
