I recently used the services of a travel company for my trip to Armenia. It was a satisfactory experience overall. The tour guide was friendly and informative. The itinerary was well-planned, and I got to see all the major attractions. However, the hotel could have been better. It was clean but lacked some amenities. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my trip and would recommend this company to others.
