I recently came across this company while searching for construction materials online. I must say, their website is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. It was convenient to find the information I needed about their products, pricing, and delivery options. However, I found their customer service to be just average. While they responded to my queries, their replies were not very prompt and lacked a personal touch. The quality of their products was decent, but it wasn't exceptional. They could improve on this aspect to stand out from their competitors. Another area that needs improvement is their delivery time. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They have the potential to be better, but there are certain areas they need to work on to provide a more satisfactory customer experience.
