I have been practicing yoga for several years now, and Calma Yoga has been one of the best experiences I've had so far. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, making each class a truly enlightening experience. The studio itself is clean, peaceful, and conducive to relaxation. Overall, I would rate Calma Yoga as excellent. Highly recommended!
