I recently used the services of a consulting group for my business needs, and I must say, I found Ikkin & Company to be fairly average. Their website was easy to navigate and provided basic information about their services. However, I was not impressed with the level of expertise their consultants displayed. While they proved to have a decent understanding of the industry, their recommendations lacked innovation and a fresh perspective. I also found their communication to be lacking at times, with delayed responses and occasional miscommunication. On the positive side, the team was professional and courteous, making the overall experience pleasant. Nevertheless, I was hoping for more in terms of value added to my business. Overall, I would rate Ikkin & Company as an average consulting group, suitable for businesses seeking basic assistance but may not be the best choice for those looking for more innovative solutions.
