I recently tried out this combat fitness company and found it to be quite average. The website is easy to navigate, with all the necessary information easily accessible. However, the overall experience was not exceptional. The training sessions lacked intensity and motivation, and I felt that the trainers were not fully engaged with the participants. The facilities were decent, but nothing extraordinary. While the price was reasonable, I would have expected more value for the money spent. Overall, it was an average experience, and I'm unsure if I would return or recommend it to others.
