I recently visited a rehabilitation center in Springtown for physical therapy. The staff was kind and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I found the scheduling process to be a bit disorganized, and there were delays in getting appointment reminders. The therapy itself was satisfactory, but I wish there was more personalized attention and a clearer plan for my recovery. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and individualized care.
