I recently ordered some items from their website and was impressed by the variety of products they offered. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my query, and when I did, the answer was quite vague. The shipping also took longer than expected, and the packaging was not very secure, resulting in some damaged items. I appreciate the range of products available, but there are some areas that need improvement in terms of communication and shipping. I hope they can work on these issues to provide a better customer experience in the future.
