Englobally group provides an average level of service. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I felt that the customer support could have been better. They took a long time to respond to my queries and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, their services are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
