I recently used the services of this law firm to handle a personal injury case. The website provided some helpful information and the initial consultation was efficient. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, I found the overall communication to be a bit lacking at times, as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The outcome of my case was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more proactive communication throughout the process. Overall, it was an average experience. The process took longer than anticipated, and I felt that more frequent updates would have been beneficial. However, the staff was friendly and courteous. I would suggest they improve on their communication to enhance the customer experience.👍
