As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with the Boston Athletic Association has been average. The organization is well-known for organizing the famous Boston Marathon, and I expected a great level of professionalism. However, I found some aspects of their services to be lacking. The registration process was a bit confusing, and the communication could have been better. Overall, it was an average experience.
