I've been practicing yoga for years and have tried many studios, but Meta Yoga Studios is definitely a standout. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and the instructors are skilled and attentive. The studio itself is inviting and clean, creating a peaceful environment to practice in. Would highly recommend to any yogis out there!
