I recently purchased medical supplies from this company and my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products available. However, the customer service was lacking as my inquiries took a while to be addressed and the response was not very informative. The order processing and delivery time was also slower than expected. The quality of the products received was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The prices seemed reasonable compared to other suppliers in the market. Overall, while Albasar for medical supplies is an average company to purchase from, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivery efficiency.
