I recently engaged with this company to address a few issues related to my property. The customer service representatives were knowledgeable and courteous in their interactions. However, I found the overall communication from the company to be somewhat lacking, as I had to consistently follow up for updates and information. The website also seemed a bit outdated and could use improvement for a smoother user experience. The services provided were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and proactive communication. I appreciate the effort put forth by the employees, but believe that the company could enhance their customer experience by addressing these areas.
