My recent experience with Airnyc was overall quite average. I visited the air-nyc.org website and found it to be decently user-friendly. The booking process was relatively straightforward, but I did encounter a few minor hiccups. The customer service was adequate, although not exceptional. It would be great if they could improve in this area. In summary, I had an okay experience, but there is room for enhancement.
