I recently booked a holiday with Southall travel and it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful. However, the overall service could have been better. The hotel I stayed at was just okay and the food was average. I expected more for the price I paid. Overall, it was not a great experience but not terrible either.
