As a customer, I recently worked with *Steel Builders* for a construction project. The website was user-friendly, and I found it easy to navigate and get in touch with the team. However, I was hoping for more detailed information about their previous projects and client testimonials. 😕 The customer service was prompt and professional, but the project timeline wasn't met as promised, which caused some inconvenience. The quality of the steel materials used was good, but I encountered some communication issues with the on-site team. Overall, the experience was average, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and communication. I would consider giving them another chance for future projects if these areas are addressed.
