I have been a customer of New Europe Capital for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they are not exceptional, they do a decent job in managing my investments. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, although sometimes their responses can be a bit slow. Overall, I am satisfied with their services, but I believe there is room for improvement.
