I had an average experience with Airnyc. The website air-nyc.org was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
