I have mixed feelings about the Bureau of Customs....

I have mixed feelings about the Bureau of Customs. On one hand, they have improved their systems and processes, but on the other hand, there are still areas that need improvement. The staff can be inconsistent in their service delivery, and sometimes it feels like they lack proper training. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
