I've been attending Welcyon for a while now and it has been a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming, and the staff is always helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and really take the time to understand your goals and customize your workouts. The equipment is excellent and there is plenty of variety in the classes. I highly recommend Welcyon to anyone looking for a fitness center that understands the needs of people over 50.
