During my recent visit to HI Barquisimeto, I encountered a few issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. While the staff was friendly, the wait times were quite long, and I felt like I wasn't given adequate attention. The facilities were clean, but I expected a higher level of quality for a medical institution. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
