The customer service at Emerald Cove Resort is average. The staff was polite and helpful, but not overly friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The beach and pool areas were nice, but we found them to be a bit crowded. Overall, our experience was decent, but we were expecting a little more for the price.
