I had a mixed experience with Patra travel agency ltd. The booking process was smooth, and the customer service was satisfactory. However, the accommodations could have been better. The room we stayed in was not as advertised, and the overall quality did not meet our expectations. On the positive side, the itinerary was well-planned, and we enjoyed the activities included. With some improvements in the accommodation aspect, Patra travel agency ltd. can definitely provide a great experience to their customers.
