I recently had an average experience with the company. Their website is user-friendly and provides detailed information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be subpar. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not always helpful or clear. Additionally, I faced some challenges with the delivery of my order. It arrived later than expected and the packaging was not in the best condition. On a positive note, the quality of the product was satisfactory, but didn't exceed my expectations. Overall, my experience with the company was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivery efficiency.
