It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and the answers provided were not always helpful. Additionally, the pricing structure was a bit confusing, and I ended up spending more than I initially anticipated. Overall, my experience was average. The company has potential, but improvements in customer support and clearer pricing would greatly enhance the user experience.
