I have had a mixed experience with Good Concept Group Limited. On one hand, their website goodcon.com.hk is well-designed and their services are of good quality. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. The response time is slow, and sometimes the staff is not very helpful. Overall, I would say it's an okay company, but they could definitely work on their customer support.
