I recently engaged Norhill Realty to help with the sale of my property, and the experience has been absolutely average. The agent was professional and responsive, but I expected better results considering the high commission fee. The marketing strategy was mediocre at best, and the listing photos could have been better. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I wouldn't recommend them either.
