I recently used an online brokerage service provided by a company with a website called fincor.pt. My experience with this company was overall average. The website was user-friendly and had a good layout, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was only satisfactory, as the response time to my queries was slower than expected. Additionally, the range of investment options provided was limited compared to some other brokerages I have used before. On the positive side, the company did offer competitive pricing and the execution of trades was efficient. Overall, my experience with this brokerage was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and investment options.
