I have been a customer of Teleprima sdn bhd for several years now and I must say that their services are of average quality. While they are not exceptional, they get the job done. The website is user-friendly and navigation is quite easy. The customer support team is also responsive and helpful. However, there is definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to the speed of their services. Overall, I would rate them as average.
